【摘要】 本文基于严格的电磁场理论，推导出了一种计算各种材料栅格表面平面散射问题的新方法．

【Abstract】 The paper reports a new method to calculate the light diffraction of corrugated surfaces of allmaterials,the method is based on the rigorous electromagretic theory.
