B和MoS2添加量对Ni-Cr合金基材料高温摩擦、磨损行为的影响
STUDY ON THE Ni-Cr ALLOY MATRIX MATERIALS CONTAINING ADDITIVE OF MOS2 AND ITS TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERITIES AT HIGH TEMPERATURE
【摘要】 本文以Ni-Cr高温合金粉为基,其间添加Mo,B和少量MoS2。用粉末冶金热压法制备了含不同B和MoS2添加量的Ni-Cr合金基自润滑材料。借助X射线衍射仪分析了材料结构,用布氏硬度计测试了材料硬度。以研制材料为销样,Al2O3陶瓷为盘样,在销-盘式高温摩擦试验机上考察材料在20~700℃温度范围内的摩擦磨损行为。试验结果表明,研制材料主要由Ni基固溶体、Cr3S4和MoB 3种相组成。材料硬度随B含量的增加而增加,但高温下其摩擦因数也随之增加。MoS2添加量为4%(质量分数)的研制材料在20~700℃温度范围内有最佳减摩耐磨综合性能。
【Abstract】 The Ni-Cr alloy matrix high temperature self-lubrication materials were synthesized byP/M Hot-Pressing the mixture powders of Ni-Cr alloy, Mo, B and MoS2 as raw materials.The materials and wear debris were analysed by X-ray diffractometer. The fricton coefficientand wear rate of the materials at elevated temperatures were determined in air by means of apin-on-disc tribometer. The results showed that the materials were composed of major nickelsolid solution,minor MoB and trace Cr3S4. Increasing the adding amount of B, the hardness ofthe materials increased and its friction coefficient were also increased at high temperature.One of the material (Ni-Cr-Mo-3B-4MoS2) had better tribological properties. Over a widerange of temperature from 20 to 700 ℃, the friction coefficients of the material were in therange of 0.14~0. 26 and its wear rates were in the range of 1.6×10-14~12×10-14 m3/(N·m).
