【Abstract】 This paper reports on a study of the chemical modification of Bsp63 Ⅰ and itssubstrate by using group modification reagents. The results show that the sulfhydryl groupand the lysine residue are possibly the necessary group in the active centreof Bsp63 Ⅰ. Thebase sequence of d(Gc),which is in the recognition sequence of the Bsp63 Ⅰ,plays an important role in the catalysis of Bsp63 Ⅰ.更多还原
