【摘要】 作者１９８２～１９９５年共收治３７例ＤｕｋｉｓＢ、Ｃ期大肠癌并发肠梗阻患者，除８例低位直肠癌行Ｍｉｌｅｓ氏手术，２例因肿瘤不能切除行单口造瘘外，其余２７例均行一期切除。术后发生吻合口瘘２例，切口感染２例，均治愈，无手术死亡，效果满意。本文着重讨论一期手术条件、术中肠腔冲洗及术后处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1982～1995,37 cases of carcinoma of large intestine in Dukes B and C stage with complicated intestinal obstruction were surgically treated.In 8 cases of low position rectal carcinoma were treated with miles operation.2 cases were given single orifice fistulization.27 cases were given primary dissection.After operation,2 cases complicated anastomotic leakage and 2 cases of incision infection,all recovered.There was no operation death.The paper mainly discussed the condition for primary dissection,intraoperative wash of intestine cavity and postoperative treatment.更多还原
