小口径导管高频通气在喉显微手术中的应用
Application of High Frequency Jet Ventilation on Vocal Microsurgery
【摘要】 本文选15例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级成人患者,在静脉平衡麻醉小号导管高频喷射通气(HFJV)下行声带显微手术。观察HFJV频率(RR)60bpm和110bpm时各通气10min后监测呼气末二氧化碳分压(PETCO2)值的变化。结果显示,两种不同RR通气后PETCO2值有显著差异(P<0.01),RR60bpm时PETCO2值在正常范围内,通气效果满意。
【Abstract】 The change of P ET CO 2 during 10 minutes after high frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) at frequency of 60 beat/min and 100 beat/min in 15 patients with Ⅰ Ⅱ ASA undergoing vocal microsurgery was recorded The result showed that P ET CO 2 after HFJV at different frequencies had significant difference (P<0 01) During HFJV at 60 beat/min,P ET CO 2 was in normal range,the effect of ventilation was satisfactory
