【摘要】 本文选１５例ＡＳＡⅠ～Ⅱ级成人患者，在静脉平衡麻醉小号导管高频喷射通气（ＨＦＪＶ）下行声带显微手术。观察ＨＦＪＶ频率（ＲＲ）６０ｂｐｍ和１１０ｂｐｍ时各通气１０ｍｉｎ后监测呼气末二氧化碳分压（ＰＥＴＣＯ２）值的变化。结果显示，两种不同ＲＲ通气后ＰＥＴＣＯ２值有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＲＲ６０ｂｐｍ时ＰＥＴＣＯ２值在正常范围内，通气效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 The change of P ET CO 2 during 10 minutes after high frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) at frequency of 60 beat/min and 100 beat/min in 15 patients with Ⅰ Ⅱ ASA undergoing vocal microsurgery was recorded The result showed that P ET CO 2 after HFJV at different frequencies had significant difference (P<0 01) During HFJV at 60 beat/min,P ET CO 2 was in normal range,the effect of ventilation was satisfactory更多还原
