【摘要】 试验设计的颗粒饲料中鱼粉含量为５％，实测粗蛋白含量为２１．６％，试验组矿物质添加量为千分之一．供试的尼罗罗非鱼种（Ｏｒｅｏｃｈｒｏｍｉｓｎｉｌｏｔｉｃｕｓ）平均重量为１４．８ｇ．结果表明，试验组的尼罗罗非鱼种增重效果显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），其饲料系数为２．０４；此外，鱼体肌肉组织必需氨基酸（ＥＡＡ）含量及其蓄积率、蛋白质效率等指标亦以试验组的较高，而试验组鱼体肌肉和肝脏的Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｐｂ、Ｃｄ等重金属含量则明显低于对照组．试验证实，配制的矿物质添加剂对尼罗罗非鱼种生长有显著的促进作用更多还原

【Abstract】 The fish meal level and the crude protein level of the diets were 5% and 21.6% respectively. In the trial group the level of mineral additive was 1/1000 and the weight of the larva of tilapia Oreochromis niloticus was 14.8 g averagely. The results showed that the growth rate of the trial group was significantly higher than that of the control ( P <0.01),their food coefficients were 2.04 and 2.22 respectively. The contents and retention rate of amino acids of muscle tissue of fish body and PER of the diets of the trial group were higher, and the contents of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd of muscle tissue and liver of the fish of the trial group were lower. It was proved thatgrowth of the fish was greatly promoted by mineral additive.更多还原
