水稻人工种子的研制

【摘要】 通过对水稻成熟胚的培养,发现在诱导培养基中添加一定配比的氨基酸,可高频诱导适合于人工种子制作的高质量的体细胞胚.在人工种子包埋制作中,采用以3%海藻酸钠添加1%聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯吡咯啉酮,形成的人工种子既耐储存(10d左右),又不影响人工种子的萌发和生长.同时,加入山梨酸作为防腐剂能在一定时间内起到防腐、抑菌作用

【Abstract】 Mature embryos of rice for producing artificial seeds were induced on MS medium added with amino acids in different ratios. The result indicated that suitable proportion ingredients of amino acids were favourable for inducing high quality somatic embryos. The composition of seed coat was very important in making artificial seeds. Encapsulated by 3% sodium alginate with 1% polyvinyl alcohol or polyvinyl pyrrolidone the seeds formed could be stored for above 10 days and germination in good condition. At the same time, sorbic acid used as preservative added to seed coat also took effect to a certain extent.
