【摘要】从患白垩病的蜜蜂幼虫尸体上分离出了病原菌——蜜蜂球囊菌.经马铃薯酵母浸出汁培养基培养,观察到蜜蜂球囊菌的生长过程及其形态.并对蜜蜂白垩病提出了综合防治的措施.更多还原

【Abstract】 A pathogenic fungus,Ascosphaera apis,was isolated from the body of dead honeybee larvae(Apis mellifera ligustica)which had caught chalkbrood disease(Ascosphaera apis).Its growth and morphology were observed after being cultivated on the potato-yeast decoction medium and an integrated control technique for the disease was also suggested.更多还原
