【摘要】 以18年生的锥栗结果枝基部雄花序为试验材料,观察了5个主要锥栗品种的雄花序及其花粉粒的若干性状.结果表明:不同品种虽然花序长度不同,但花序的总花簇数较接近;不同品种花粉粒不仅大小、形状各异,而且花粉管长度也不一样.以白露仔花粉为试验材料,研究了花粉贮藏时间和贮藏条件对花粉发芽率的影响.结果表明:花粉室温贮藏以干燥、遮光条件为佳;贮藏5 d 的花粉发芽率最高.更多还原

【Abstract】 Some characters of male inflorescences and pollen grains of five main cultivars of chinquapin (Castanea henrvi Rehd.et Wils.)were observed with male inflorescences on the base of bearing shoots in 18-year-old trees.The results showed that these cultivars were different in the lengths of inflorecences but simillar in the numbers of flowerlets on inflorecences,and their pollen grains differed not only in sizes and shapes but also in the lengths of pollen tubes.The study on the effect of storing days and conditions on the germinating percentage of pollen grains of cv.Bailuzhi showed that pollen grains stored for five days had maximum germinating percentage,and under room temperature,dry and dark was more favorable.更多还原
