棕色固氮菌固氮酶钼铁蛋白M(H)中心的酸不稳定硫及高柠檬酸盐含量分析
Quantitative Analysis of the Acid-Unstable Sulfide and Homocitrate in the M (H) Center of MoFe Protein of Azotobacter Vinelandii Nitrogenase
【摘要】 采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱技术及质子激发X-射线发射光谱技术定量测定棕色固氮菌固氮酶M(H)活性中心酸不稳定硫的含量。而用气相色谱技术测定表明,经纯化的M(H)活性中心不含高柠檬酸盐或其它有机部分。
【Abstract】 Acid-unstable sulfide of M (H) center from azotobacter vinelandii nitrogenase was quantitatively determined by the ICP and the protom induced x-ray e-mission techniques respectively. None of homocitrate and other organic component in pruified M (H) center was detected by the gas chromatography.
