热塑性弹性体聚氨酯在SAN/EVA共混体系中的增容作用
The compatibilization of TPU in SAN/EVA blend
【摘要】 通过熔融共混的方法制备了热塑性弹性体乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)和聚氨酯(TPU)与脆性塑料苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)的两元(SAN/EVA)和三元(SAN/TPU/EVA)共混物,并测定了共混物的力学性能.还采用示差扫描量热(DSC)法、动态力学(DM-TA)法和扫描电镜(SEM)等方法研究了共混物的物性、相容性、形态与相结构.结果表明:少量的TPU对SAN/EVA这一原不相容体系有明显的增容作用;三元共混体系中存在着EVA包埋于TPU中的特殊分散相.
【Abstract】 The binary (EVA/SAN ) and ternary (EVA/TPU/SAN) blends have been prepared by melt blending method from thermoplastics EVA and TPU and brittle plastics SAN.TPU plays an obvious compatibitization role to the blends of EVA and SAN,which are originally not miscible .A peculiar structure of dispersed phase of EVA being surrounded by TPUis observed in the ternary blends.
