人胎儿第三脑室侧壁的扫描电镜观察
Scanning Electron Microscopic Observa Tions of the Lateral Wall of the Third Cerebral Ventricle in Human Fetus
【摘要】 用扫描电镜较全面地观察了人胎儿第三脑室侧壁的超微结构,结果发现人和某些动物一样,第三脑室室管膜表面覆盖着大量的纤毛和微绒毛。纤毛的分布在区域上有一定的差别。并观察到第三脑室侧壁室管膜上存在着神经元样细胞、神经胶质样细胞和类组织细胞。纤毛丛中神经纤维单独行走或交织成网,它们发自神经元样细胞的胞体或自脑室外穿入而来。本文并对上述各种结构的功能进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The ultrastructural feature of the lateral wall of the third cerebral ventricle in human fetus were examined by scanning electron microscopy. Numerous cilia, microvilli have been observed on the cerebral ventricular surface. The distribution of the cilia showed regional veriations. The supraependymal neuron -like cells, neuroglia-like cells and histocyte-like cells have been identified . In the third cerebral ventricle, The supraependymal nerve comefrom the supraependymal neuron -like or neurons outside the ventricle. The ventricle. The function of the structures mentioned above were discussed.
