循环流化床易磨损部件选材试验研究
Hot Erosion/Corrosion Test of Materials for Inertially Separating and Reinjecting Components in Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler
【摘要】 在含SO2成分、添加石英砂细粉的800°C烟气中,对7种耐高温材料进行了热态磨蚀腐蚀试验。用称重和测厚法测量了试件的失重和减厚量,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)对试验后的试样表面和侧面进行形貌和组织观察,用X射线扩展能谱(EDAX)进行腐蚀层的元素分析,并用显微硬度计测量基体、涂层等的显微硬度。试验结果表明,在本试验的参数条件下,试验表面的破坏是以石英砂的高温冲蚀磨损为主,SO2气氛的热腐蚀作用不明显。Al2O3陶瓷的高温耐冲蚀腐蚀性能最好。在几种耐高温合金材料中,Fe3Al基合金的磨损量最小。试验结果为循环流化床惯性分离器和底饲回燃喷嘴等元件的合理选材提供了宝贵的依据。图7表5参9
【Abstract】 Hot erosion/corrosion test of seven kinds of materials for separating and reinjecting components in CFB was conducted in oil fired gas stream with SO 2 atmosphere and laden with quartz sand powder at 800°C.The weight loss and decrease in thickness of sample pieces tested were measured.Morphology and configuration on the surface and cross section of sample pieces tested were observed with the metallographic microscope and the scan electrical microscope(SEM),element analysis of corroded layer was carried out by means of X ray expanded energy distribution,and microscopic hardness of body materials and their coatings were measured.The experimental results show that the wastage of sample surface is mainly caused by erosion of sand at high temperature and hot corrosion of SO 2 atmosphere is not serious.Al 2O 3 ceramic is the best at standing erosion/corrosion at high temperature.Among the alloy materials tested,the wastage of Fe 3Al is the least.The test results provide valuable basis for choosing reasonable material for some CFB components,such as inertia separator and underbed reinjecting nozzle.
