【摘要】 探索多动症诊断中的客观指标.方法 对2191名儿童使用酚妥拉明皮内试验(PIT)并结合儿童行为量表法(CBS).结果 量表法阳性 182例,皮内法阳性 172例.两者无显著性统计学差异,酚妥拉明皮内试验法可作为诊断儿童多动症的一种筛选方法.结论 将皮内法与量表法结合可提高多动症诊断的客观性和可靠性.更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore objective index in diagnosis of hyerkinetic syndrome. Methods Using phentolamine intracutaneous test (PIT) and combining child behavioral scale (CBC) for 2 191 children. Results There were 182 positive in CBC and 172 positive in PIT. There were not significantly statistical difference between them. PIT may be considered as a screening method for diagnosing hyperkinetic sysdrme in children. Conclusions Combining PIT and CBC will improve objectivity and relibility on diagnosis of hyperkinetic syndrome.更多还原
