【Abstract】 The expression of multidrug resistance gene-1 in Hep-2 cell line was detected usingthe immunofluorescence test. The multidrug resistance of Hep-2 cell line was induced hyVCR in different patterns. Our results suggested that the p-170 protein was overexpressed in Hep-2 cell line. This study added further information on multidrug resistanceof laryngeal carcinoma.更多还原
