【摘要】 本文报道鼻中隔粘膜恶性黑素瘤7例，男4例，女3例。年龄32～75岁。7例全部手术治疗，全鼻切除术3例，次全鼻切除术4例，经随访治疗效果3年生存率为71．4％（5／7），5年生存率为40％（2／5）。文中对鼻中隔恶性黑素瘤的诊断和手术治疗予以讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seven patients with malignant melanoma of nasal septum were treated surgically bytotal rhinectomy or subtotal rhinectomy. There were 4 males and 3 females, ranging inage from 32 to 75 years. 3 patients underwent total rhinectomy and 4 subtotal rhinecto-my- Follow-up showed that 3 and 5 year surviva1 rates were 71. 4% (5/7) and 40% (2/5) respectively- The diagnosis and management of this rarely encountered malignant tu-mor were discussed.更多还原
