【Abstract】 Here is a report of complications of endoscopic sinus surgery among 147 patients. 12 patients had complications, including bleeding which must have blood transfusion during operation and post operation, six orbital hematoma as a result of trauma to the lamia papyracea, one CSF leakage and one death due to brain abscess. The complication rate was 8. 16%. We concluded the factors which probably result in complications and how prevent the complications. We think that precautions is the most important to reduce complication.更多还原
