【Abstract】 Abstract We have discussed the characteristics of nanostructures on the surface of highly oriented pyrolytic graphite using electron beams and heating method respectively.The results suggest that the fabrication involving field emitted electrons could be associated with the diffusion of electrons at the vicinity of the injection position.It is also demontrated that oxidation at elevated temperatures could generate surface features at nanometer scale.更多还原
