微乳液微观结构的电镜研究
TEM Study on The Microstructure of Microemulsion
【摘要】 本文将冷冻断裂复型技术应用于微乳液微观结构的电镜研究[1,2],对十六烷/正己醇/水/AEO9体系在不同水油体积比下的微乳液微观结构进行了系统观察,结果表明随着水油比的变化,体系的微观结构也在进行一系列变化,层状双连续相结构的出现是体系具有异常流变性的原因
【Abstract】 The freeze fracture replication method was used in this paper to view the microstructure of the microemulsion. The microstructure of the system n hexadecane/n hexanol/water/polyoxyethylene tetradecanol ether was investigated systematically at the different ratio of water to oil. The results show that, with the different ratio of water to oil, the microstructure of the system was also changed, furthermore, the creation of the lamellar bicontinuous phase was the reason of the bizarre rheology.
