【Abstract】 Intelligent speech production system is different from ordinary speech production systems. Weconsidered not only how to convert text into speech but also how to generate the necessary text in text-to-speechconversion .The system gets the right text by the step of topic selection, text planning, text organization, grammarrealization and text generation.
