低频负反馈电路噪声性能分析的E_n-I_n模型方法
Approach Based on E_n-I_n Model to Analysis of Noise Performance on Low-Frequency Circuit with Negative Feedback
【摘要】 本文提出了一种基于En-In噪声模型的负反馈电路噪声分析方法.针对不同形式负反馈电路噪声分析的需要,分别建立了四种分析模型与En-In模型之间的关系.仿真与测量结果的比较表明:由于本方法中充分考虑了En-In噪声的相关性,因此它在低频电路噪声分析中是准确的.
【Abstract】 This paper presents a noise analysis approach to negative feedback circuit basedon En-In noise model. For the needs of noise analysis on negative feedback circuit with differentforms, the relations between En-In model and each of four analysis models are provided. Comparisonbetween the results of simulation and measurement shows that this approach is accurate to noiseanalysis of low frequency circuit because the correlation of En-In noise is fully considered.
