钛酸钡微粉的水热合成研究
Preparation of BaTiO 3 Powder by Hydrothermal Process
【摘要】 本文详细讨论了反应原料及合成条件对水热合成钛酸钡微粉的物相、形貌和纯度的影响。选择合适的反应原料，在较低要求的水热合成条件下获得了钙钛矿结构的高纯超强钛酸钡微粉。
【Abstract】 The present paper discussed the effects of various raw materials and hydrothermal conditions on the structure、morphology and purity of BaTiO 3 fine powders. High purity and ultrafine perovskite BaTIO 3 were obtained through hydrothermal process in lower condition.
