组装CuTCNQ有机微晶体器件的电学特性
DC Electric Properties of the CuTCNQ Organic Crystallites Assemblied Devices
【摘要】 采用液面控制的电化学方法制备出间距可达几微米的Cu—Cu、Cu-W双微电极结构,然后在及微电极结构中自组装CuTCNQ有机微晶体,进行直流电学特性测量.测量结构表现出不同于CuTCNQ薄膜所呈现出的电学性质,对此进行了初步的讨论.
【Abstract】 Quasi-one -dimansional (Q- 1D) compounds, such as CUTCNQ, are character-ized by columnar structure and considerable anisotropy of physical properties. Most often , they are composed of flat, mptrical organic molecules arranged in Anear columns. The distance between the planes of the columnar molecules is Shorter than the Van der Waals disboco. The linear arrangement, as well as the considerable disamce between the adjacent coluxnns, as due to the fare that the prevailing interacdons are those parallel to the columnar axis, wheras those in the perpendicular directioncan be neglected. The feature ot Q- 1D compounds most frequently emphasized is high anistropy of their physical properties ; the electrital, optical, mechanicai and mapotic properties are characteristic as well. In this letter, tho Cu-Cu、Cu-W twofold miniature electrodes in which the electrode intervals could be made to be several micrometers have been prepared by using the tech nique of solution surface-controlled electrolysis . The dovices have been constructed by assembly of CuTcNQ organic crystullites into the abevemend .electrode intervals.The electric measurentof this type of CuTCNQ-assemlied devicca has.shown the different electrical properties trom the previously reported resulis of CUTCNQ films. The mechanism has been suggested .
