【Abstract】 Most of manufacture equipments in the SMT production line are numeral control equipments.When they are programed,most of needed charateristic data could be attained from the CAD design files.The problem for the CIMS technique to solve is how to estblish an organic information connection and share between the CAD design system and SMT automatic manufacture equipments.Therefore,this article focuses on CAD/CAM of the CIMS system and introduces the method and thought to construct and design an electrical CAD/CAM integration system.expecting to absorb more fellows in taking part in the research of the technique.更多还原
