【Abstract】 In this paper,the in-system programmable Large Scale Integration (ispLSI) device is introduced. It combines the performance and ease of use of PLDs with the density and flexibility of FPGAS. This device can be electrically erased and has exact pin-to-pin delay. It also provides a security cell to prevent unauthorized copying of the array patterns. Its application in the video frequency measurement is discussed. In this system, this device is used to generate the sign of definition of the visual field. It is capable of proof that using the ispLSI device can increase the reliability and stability of the system.更多还原
