【摘要】 对青海高原５种珍贵野禽１２项血清生化指标进行了测定，结果发现被检野禽的血清生化指标有以下特征：（１）黑颈鹤和白天鹅的血清总蛋白较低（２６．０～３０．０ｇ／Ｌ）（２）各种野禽的Ａ／Ｇ值相差悬殊，其中斑头雁高达４．４２，蓝马鸡只有０．８１；（３）血清无机磷和钾离子浓度较低（分别为０．４６－１．２３ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，１．９－２．９５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ）；（４）血清酶活性在各种野禽之间相差甚大更多还原

【Abstract】 Five hinds of rare wild avians were used to maesure 12 serum biochemical parameters on Qinghai plateau.The results find that the serum biochemical parameters of the examined wild avians have the feature as following: (1)The Content of serum total protein of G.nigricollis and C.Cynus was lower (26.0～30.0)(2)There was a big different A/G value among the various wild avians. Of them, A/G value of A.indicus was highest(4.42) and one of C.auritum was lowest (0.81)(3)The concentrations of inorganic phosphorus and kalium were lower (0.46-1.23mmol/L and 1.9-2.95mmol/L resp).(4)There was a considerable difference in the serum enzyme activity among various wild avians.更多还原
