【Abstract】 Y. Pestis 061 was inoculated in plants. After 10 days the LD50 of the original strain 061 was 3. 569 times as much as that of its isolated strain 61-3. After 20 days the LD50 of the original strain 061 was up to 35. 155 times compared with its isolated strain 61-2. And the LD50 of strain 61-3 was 9. 85 times as much as strain 61-2. It was showed that the increase of virulence of Y. Pestis was corresponding to the time that the strain grew in plants.更多还原
