【摘要】 本文介绍了275t盛钢桶耳轴的生产工艺。所采用的WHF+极限成形锻造法有效地焊合了钢锭内部缺陷,改善了坯料心部组织。在锻后热处理中采用了两次正火加回火工艺,消除了残余应力,使锻件晶粒细化,组织均匀,保证了锻件的力学性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the forging process for trunnions of 275t ladles. The internal cavities of ingot can be effectively welded and the center structure of blank can be improved by applying of the WHF and limiting forming methods. The residual stress can be removed and the fine grains and uniform structures of the forgings can be obained by two normalizing and tempering after forging.and it ensure the mechanical properties of forgings.更多还原
