液氦温区G-M制冷机蓄冷器工作过程探讨与分析
The Discussion and Analysis on the Working Processes of the Regenerator of G-M Refrigerator at Liquid-helium Temperature
【摘要】 由于在液氮温区附近氦气高低压焓差不平衡,导致G-M机蓄冷器中温度分布出现低温平台。这就引起了蓄冷器独特的工作过程,形成了三级(冷端循环、“气体活塞”循环和热端循环)。蓄冷器不仅具有回热功能,而且具有压缩机和膨胀机的双重作用,即作为冷端循环的压缩机,热端循环的膨胀机。并且可自动回收一部分焓不平衡丢失的冷量,从而提高蓄冷器的热力学效率。由此可说明用铅作蓄冷器填料为何也能降到较低的温度(6K左右)。
【Abstract】 The disequilibrium of the enthalpy difference of helium at liquid - helium temperature region results in that the temperature distribution in the regenerator of a GM refrigerator forms a platform. This causes the special working process of the regenerator. The working cy-cle of the refrigerator becomes completely different from that of a common G - M refrigerator and forms three cycles (cold end cycle, "gas piston "cycle and hot end cycle). The regenera-tor has not only the regenerative function but also the two fold function of a compressor and a expander. That is the regenerator becomes the compressor of cold end cycle and the expander of hot end cycle. A part of the loss of cooling capacity caused by the disequilibrium of the en- thalpy difference of helium is automatically recovered. The thermodynamic efficiency is in-creased. This can explain why the G - M refrigerator using Pb as matrix can reach 6. 0 K or so.
