sol-gel法合成Bi系及Pb掺杂的高Tc超导陶瓷的研究

【摘要】 用sol-gel法合成了Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox和Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox体系的高Tc超导材料。利用SEM观察了样品的形貌特征,X-ray分析了作品的物相结构。结果表明,用sol-gel法制备的Bi系2223组分中掺杂Pb同样会缩短烧结时间(缩短60h),显著促进高Tc相的形成。零电阻转变温度104.5K~106.7K。sol-gel法具有工艺简单、烧结时间短、样品颗粒均匀、粒度小、组分易控等优点,在高Tc超导材料中不失为一种行之有效的材料制备工艺。

【Abstract】 High Tc superconductors Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox and B1.7Pb0.0Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox are prepared by solgel process. Structure of superconductor powder is analyzed. The result indicates thatthe method will slmilarly shorten the time of sintering if we dope Pb in Bi-2223 system,obviously promate hig - Tc phase’s form. The sample’s zero resistance temperature are 104. 5K to 106. 7K. The sol-gel method can simplify the working process, shorten sintering time, uniform grains and small volume of the sample. Chemical composition easy to control. Our study shows that sol-gel technology is effective on the process of superconductor material - made.
