【Abstract】 This paper investigates the possibility of lightning reduction by using the lightning receiver. On the basis of the practical facts of the lightning reduction, the mechanism of the lightning receiver is discussed. The combination effects of the shielding of the space charges and neutralization causes the reduction of the lightning. The analysis is preliminary,only a few commonplace remarks for attracting more valuable opinions.更多还原
