华北电网的动态发电计划
DYNAMIC GENERATION SCHEDULE FOR POWER SYSTEM IN NORTH CHINA
【摘要】 本文在分析了华北电网发电情况,负荷变化特点及调度要求的基础上,应用电力系统动态优化调度的理论及两级协调方程算法,在发电计划中考虑了发电机组输出功率变化速率约束和响应能力约束等动态约束条件。计算结果表明,动态发电计划的实施可以很好地协调电网运行的安全性、经济性和可靠性,利于实现电网在线调度的功能。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the load changing characteristicsand dispatching requirements of power system in North Chinaare analyzed. Based on the dynamic optimal dispatch theoryand two-stage coordinated equation algorithm, the dynamicgeneration schedule for power system in North China is Per-formed, considering ramp-rate constraints and looking-aheadconstraints. The calculation results show that dynamic genera-tion schedule coordinates security, economy and reliability ofpower system and may well realize the function of real timedispatch.
