【Abstract】 chlorpromazine has many pharmacologi cal effects,but the antiarrhythmic effects have never been reported. Th is article reports antiarrhythmic effeccs of chlorprmoaline in animal experiment. Result shows that chlorpromazine can reduce the incidence of ventricular fibrillation caused by chloroforne in mice (P<0. 01)lower incidence of arrhythmica induced by adrenaline in rabbits (P<0. 05),Shorten arrhythmic sustained time induced by Ba-cl2(P<0. 01) .Postpone occurrence of arrhythmic induced by increacing the dose of aconitine (P<0. 01). It’s thus clear that chlo.rpromazine have abvious antiarrhythmic effects, The maehanism of antiarrnythmia remains to be reserched farther.更多还原
