【摘要】 黑脉羊肚菌子囊孢子绝大多数（92.8％）呈椭圆形，少数（7．2％）为圆形。细胞核的数目不等，多数单核，少数为双核。细胞质的密度以及细胞核的形状和在孢子内的定位也有一定的差别。萌发初期，孢子因吸水体积膨胀，多数孢子的核不发生分裂，直接转移到孢子的一极，细胞核所在位置的壁向外凸出形成芽管，细胞核也随之进入到芽管，位于或靠近芽管的顶端。更多还原

【Abstract】 Of ascospores of Morchella angusticeps,the ma jority (92. 8% ) morphologically areellipes-shaped and the minority (7. 2%) circular. And most (56. 4%- 68. 1 %) aremononucleate and a small number (31. 9 % - 43. 6 % ) binucleate or anucleate,of them. Inaspect of cytoplasmic density and nuclear shape and location,they also show certain difference from each other. Most of ascospores,because of absorbing water,usually swelledand their nuclei did not undergo divislon .but moved to one pole of an ascospore in earlystage of germination. The cell wall which was in contact with a nucleus usually projectedto form a bud tuble at the pole. The nucleus generally entered the bud tuble and waslaid in or close to upper top of a bud tuble．更多还原
