基于湍流气体火焰热图像特性的温度分布

【摘要】 利用数字图像计算机技术,开发出一套针对火焰热图像的实时采集与测量系统.在小型火焰试验台上,对湍流火焰的热图像特性进行了试验与理论研究,获得了湍动燃烧图像特性的变化规律.提出了用以解决火焰热图像特性与温度分布映射关系的单色基准温度标定法,并探索了此方法用于三维温度场时,由于辐射叠加所造成的温度失真的修正方法.

【Abstract】 Applying the technology of digital image computer, a real time system for collecting and measuring the thermal image of the turbulent flame was developed. Study on the thermal image characteristics of turbulent flame was carried out experimentally and theoretically on a small scale combustion setup and the laws of the thermal image characteristics of turbulent flame were acquired. This paper also presented a method named monochromatic based point temperature calibration which solved the map between the characteristics of flame image and the temperature distribution and surveyed the correction of temperature distortion resulted from radiation overlap when measuring the 3 D temperature field using this method.
