【Abstract】 The phase of the vibration signal contains much important information in the technique of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for large rotating machinery. A sampling method which is triggered by both software and hardware to acquire the phase detecting signal accurately is introducd. the phase error of FFT algorithm is analyzed and a versatile approach algorithm is proposed.
