【摘要】 为研究肠球菌感染的临床特点及对抗生素敏感性,用 API strepto—20系统将从临床标本分离到的137株肠球菌进行种的鉴定及药敏试验。结果:137例肠球菌感染中,64例为泌尿系感染(占46.7%),24例为呼吸道感染(占17.5%),11例为胆道感染(占8.0%)。药敏分析结果表明肠球菌对亚胺硫霉素、环丙沙星、氧哌嗪青霉素敏感性高(≥70%),对万古霉素敏感性最高(100%)。肠球菌所致感染中,以泌尿系感染为最常见。更多还原

【Abstract】 To clarify the clinical feature and drug sensitivity of enterococcus infections,API astrepto— 20 system was used.137 strains of enterococci isolated from patients were made a species identifi- cation and sensitivity to antibiotics.The results revealed that the urinary,respiratory an biliary in- fections accounted for 46(46.7%),24(17.5%)and 11(8.0%)cases among 137 cases with en- terococcus infection.All strains of enterocccus were proved to be sensitive to van comycin (100%) and more than 70% of the strains sensitive to imipenem,ciprofloxacin and piperacillin.The uri- nary system is commonly infested with enterococcus infections.更多还原
