【摘要】 本文给出了一种具有最少元件GFLFOTA-接地电容滤波器,其中所有内节点均通过一电容接地。任何种类任何阶电压传输函数均可由该结构实现,设计公式简单。本文设计了各种二阶滤波器,分析了这种实现的电压传输函数的灵敏度、OTA非理想因素寄生参数对滤波器特性的影响,给出了三阶椭圆低通滤波器设计实例及计算机仿真结果。

【Abstract】 The authors present a universal least component number OTA-grounded capactior filter structure with all internal circuit nodes having a grounded capacitor,which is based on an n integrators loop General Follow the Leader Feedback(GFLF)architecture.The proposed architecture can be used to realize arbitrary order and arbitrary types of voltage transfer function with simple design formula .The versatile biquad derived and the design of second-order filters are particularly investigated.The authors also discuss several practical design problems,including sensitivity analysis of varous realisations,an evaluation of effects of OTA finite imput and output impedances and transconductance frequency dependence.Design and simulation results of a thirdorder elliptic filter are also presented.
