NADPH——黄递酶在饥饿大鼠肝脏内的分布及组化观察
The localization and morphologic observation of NADPH in the liver of the hungry rats(Abstract)
【摘要】 作者用β—NADPH(还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸)黄递酶组织化学法,观察了正常大白鼠、饥饿大白鼠肝脏组织内的 NDP 黄递酶分布。结果显示,在饥饿大鼠的肝细胞、肝枯否氏细胞及肝血窦内皮细胞都有 NDP 阳性反应产物。NDP 呈细颗粒状,均匀分布于细胞质内。当饥饿延长到48小时以后,NDP 颗粒染色加深。以上提示,饥饿能诱导大鼠肝脏产生 NO(一氧化氮)。推测 NO 参与生理状态下肝脏的物质代谢调解。
【Abstract】 The localization of NADPH in the liver of the hungry rats has been studied using the NADPH—diaphorase,histochemical staining method.The result shows that the NDP positive products deposite in the cytoplasm of hepatocyte,the Kupffer′s cells and the endothelia of the liver.The NDP grains are scatted throughout the cytoplasm,and after 48 hours of hungry the stain is stronger.The result indicats the hungry may induce the activity of the Nitric Oxid (NO) Synthase of hepatocyte and Kupffer′s cells.NO may take the role of mediation the regulation of hepatocellular synthetic function.
