利用 Bi12SiO20 光调制实现二维逻辑运算

【摘要】 利用硅酸晶体的光电效应构成光调制器，可完成二维逻辑或、与非、或非、非和同逻辑５种运算本文描述了其工作机制，给出了实验结果
【Abstract】 An optical modulator is constructed from a thin water of bismuth silicon oxide,a crystal displaying the linear electro-optic effect.Two-dimensional“OR,NOT,NAND,NOR and NXOR”five kinds of logical operators are described.The experimental results are given.
