【Abstract】 The method of extraction oils from wheat Germ with supercritical carbon dioxide is better than any others .It is free from poisonous side effects.The optimum operating conditions in pressure , time,temperatare,rate of CO 2 flow and moisture content of materials are determined experimenatly.
