股线绝缘对水轮发电机定子绕组最热段温度的影响

【摘要】 用有限元法计算了计及定子绕组股线绝缘和不计股线绝缘两种情况下,大型水轮发电机定子最热段的三维温度场,分析了股线绝缘对定子绕组温度的影响,给出了320MW和150MW水轮发电机的实例计算结果。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the three dimensional temperature field of the hottest region in the stator of hydroelectric generator is calculated by means of finite element method, in which the wire insulation on the stator winding is considered or not considered. The calculated results of 320MW and 150MW hydroelectric generator are given, and the effect of wire insulation on the stator winding is analysed.
