电解加工短路保护系统的设计与研制
Design and research of an anti-short-circuit protection in ECM
【摘要】 研制了一种电解加工短路保护系统,通过检测加工过程的过流信号、±di/dt和加工间隙内的火花信号实现对工件、阴极和功率MOSFET的保护。一旦检测到故障信号,最快可以在1ms内切断主回路电流。
【Abstract】 This paper presents an anti-short-circuit to protect the workpiece and tool electrode as well as the MOSFET modules in the chopper of a pulse power supply. The over current, rapid rise or drop of current and sparks in the machining gap were monitored, consequently the current in the main circuit may be cut off within 1ms once a machining fault is investigated.
