【Abstract】 Shuikou power plant is equipped with seven 200MW Kaplan units in which six have put into operation. The problem was met that temperature of turbine guide bearing segments is as high as 700C or more in summer. The reason of raising guide bearing segments temperature was discussed briefly, and application of elastic metallic plastic Segments (EMP-segments) to solve high temperature problem are presented mainly in this paper.更多还原
