变导程螺旋引纬机构的研究
On the Variable-Pitch Screw Driving of Weft-insertion Mechanism
【摘要】 变导程螺旋引纬机构是剑杆织机的一种新颖引纬机构。由于其导程可具有变化的曲线规律,所以要获得传动曲线规律的变化是简单可靠的。文章分析了变导程螺旋引纬机构的运动原理,并从最小二乘法曲线拟合原理出发,得到变导程螺旋曲线方程。从分析实例可见,根据给定条件设计的变导程螺旋传动能满足所提出的运动规律要求。
【Abstract】 For the variable-pitch screw driving of weft-insertion mechanism, the final motion curve could be conveniently obtained according to the motion requirements. The kinematic analysis and the kinematic characteristics of the mechanism are obtained by the method of least square for the curve fitting, and the comparison between the designed and the given kinematic motion of rapier is analysed correspondingly. The variable pitch screw driving mechanism could be designed according to the requirements of the rapier motion.
