高膛压火炮火药破碎模型及数值计算
A FRACTURE MODEL OF GRAIN AND NUMERICAL CALCULATION FOR HIGH PRESSURE GUN
【摘要】 提出火药颗粒破碎对燃面影响的模型,即把火药颗粒破碎而产生的燃面与初始燃面的比值S/S0与表征火药颗粒力学性能的断裂模量Ef、火药颗粒在膛内运动所受到的应变ε和火药已燃相对质量百分比ψ有机地联系在一起.以某高膛压火炮为例,运用该模型对某火炮内弹道循环过程进行了数值模拟.结果表明:火药颗粒破碎会诱发异常压力.该方法为分析火药破碎导致的压力异常现象提供了一种新途径.
【Abstract】 A new model about the effect of grain fracture on surface area is introduced, which is a correlation that closely relates the ratio of the fracture generated surface area to undamaged surface area to mechanical parameter called the failure modulus E f , strain ε and burned fraction ψ . The interior ballistic cycle of a high pressure gun is simulated with this model. The results shows that the grain fracture will result in abnormal pressure. This provides a new method for furtherly analysing the phenomenon of abnormal pressure resulting from the grain fracture.
