【Abstract】 Ten soybean lines lacking trypsin inhibitor, SBTi A 2,from one cross and their parent were deterimined for percetages of protein, amino acids, oil and fatty acids. It was shown that the percents of protein, glycine, alanine and aspartic acids were influenced by the lack of SBTi A 2, and were lower in the lines without SBTi A 2 than their higher parent and mid parent values. The lack of SBTi A 2 had no sigificant effect on the rest amino acids, oil and fatty acids.更多还原
