电解回收镀镍废水中镍的研究
Electrolytic Recovering of Nickel from Nickel Plating Wastewater
【摘要】 首次提出了从镀镍废水中电渗析电解回收金属镍的方法,并对电解回收过程中的影响因素进行了讨论(包括pH值、电流密度、电流效率、槽电压等),利用此法将含镍离子1g/L左右的镀镍废水处理至50mg/L左右,电流效率可达60%以上。
【Abstract】 Recovering of metallic Ni from Ni plating wastewater by electrodialysis-electrolysis is advanced first time. Effects of some factors including PH, c.d., current efficiency and tank voltage, are discussed. With this method, 1g/1 of Ni2+ contained in Ni plating wastewater can be reduced to about 50mg/1 with current efficiency up to more than 60%.
