γ-Al2O3负载杂多酸催化合成二甲醚

【摘要】 用浸渍法制备了H4SiW12O40-Ti(SO4)2-Lɑ2O3-γ-Al2O3(HTLA)复合催化剂,以吡啶作为化学探针分子,研究了HTLA及γ-Al2O3的表面酸性质,并将HTLA作为催化剂,用于甲醇缩合制二甲醚的模型反应,对催化剂的活性进行了探讨

【Abstract】 A catalyst of H 4SiW 12 O 40 -Ti(SO 4) 2-Lɑ 2O 3-γ-Al 2O 3 prepared by the impregnation method was used for condensation of methanol to form dimethylether. The effects of reaction temperation, calcination temperature of the catalyst, Weight hourly space velocity and loading of heteropoly acid on catalytic activity and selectivity were studied. The stability and acidity of the catalyst were investigated as well.
