【Abstract】 The technique of fluorescent ndcmp is used to observe the occurence of nuclearextrusion in Tradescantia stamen hairs. Three experiments by living stained, partial fixingand whole fixing show that transport of the nuclear extrusion is inherent and normal physiological phenomnon rather than the mechanical injury. Studies on the relationship betweenthe nuclear extrusion and growth of the stamen hairs.更多还原
